1. Parties

Provider: Productos y servicios Mengom SAS, operating as "Leeuwwolk — The PrivAIte Company," located in Contadero, Mexico City.

User: any person who accesses theprivatestack.com or purchases products through the site.

2. Products and Services

The Private Stack offers educational digital products about self-hosted infrastructure and local artificial intelligence. Products consist of digital guides (text format) delivered electronically after purchase.

3. Purchase Process

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive access to the content via the email address provided during purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Since the products are digital and delivered immediately:

• We offer a 14-day period to request a refund if the product does not match its description.
• Refund requests are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
• Upon refund, access to the content is revoked.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — text, code, graphics, templates, and materials — is the property of Leeuwwolk. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use or use within your organization.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the content.
• Publish the content on public platforms.
• Use the content to create competing products.

7. Free Content (Lead Magnet)

Free content is delivered in exchange for your email address. By requesting it, you agree to receive email communications related to our products. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. Leeuwwolk does not guarantee specific results from implementing the content. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in the preceding 12 months.

The user is responsible for:

• Implementation and configuration on their own infrastructure.
• The security of their own systems.
• Compliance with third-party software licenses referenced in the modules.

9. Product Updates

Products include updates for the period specified in the product description (6 or 12 months depending on the plan). After that period, you retain access to the purchased content but will not receive new updates.

10. Termination

Leeuwwolk may revoke access to content in the event of a violation of these terms, particularly unauthorized redistribution. In case of termination due to violation, no refund applies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
